Vision Mission Program An extension of LTL\u2019s programming includes Pekiwewin House \u2013 a transitional home for older graduates of the residential treatment program, that provides enhanced life skills, and where they can continue their education and\/or gain work experience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n LTL also has a land-based camp which provides youth in treatment with on-the-land educational and healing experiences within the Porcupine Provincial Forest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/strong>We reawaken healthy communities and families by rebuilding cultural pride and holistic health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/strong>To empower Indigenous youth by providing a culturally based program to eliminate substance misuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/strong>Leading Thunderbird Lodge provides a 12-week culturally based residential treatment program for First Nation or Inuit male youth from across Canada who are between 12 \u2013 17 years of age.\u00a0 The holistic treatment program provides personal development in the four areas of: Spiritual, Physical, Mental and Social well-being.\u00a0 Education, Addiction, and Mental Health programming are the focus of the treatment program, which are all grounded in the First Nations teachings and culture of the local Cree, Saulteaux, Dakota, Lakota and Nakota First Nations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
